Joel Kriofske, Jour ’69, completed a book about his and his wife’s adventures as Uber Eats delivery drivers — a career they began in 2018 out of financial necessity. The book contains truth, humor and gratitude for restaurant workers, fellow delivery drivers and food delivery recipients. Yet unpublished, the work has earned praise from academics and a published author.
