
Stephen Knoblock, Arts ’13 and Peter McNulty, Arts ’13, Law ’15, began a farming co-op in Port Austin, Mich. Their farm-to-table farm comprises 50 acres of alfalfa, sugar beets and lima beans. In January 2017, Huron County authorized clean wind energy on their property as well as cage free chickens, ostriches and Michigan’s first sting ray sanctuary.
